Welcome to Pryzmo, a digital initiative created to help residential communities communicate, coordinate, and manage everyday activities more simply. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) explain the conditions for accessing and using the public Pryzmo website at pryzmo.co.in. Please read them before using the website or submitting an inquiry. Where the law requires a particular form of agreement or consent, merely viewing a page does not replace that requirement.
2. Website Scope and Future Platform Services
These Terms govern the public marketing website, contact inquiries, and requests for demonstrations. They do not create an account, subscription, service-level commitment, or entitlement to use the Pryzmo society-management application. The application, when offered commercially, will be governed by separate customer agreements, relevant privacy notices, and service policies. If a signed agreement governs particular services, that agreement controls to the extent it states.
3. Responsible Website Use
You may use the website to learn about Pryzmo and submit legitimate inquiries. You must not use it unlawfully; misrepresent identity or authority; submit material you are not authorised to share; compromise or probe systems without permission; introduce malicious code; evade access restrictions; overload infrastructure; or interfere with other visitors' use. We may take reasonable technical or legal measures to prevent misuse.
4. Information, Illustrations and Demonstrations
We aim to describe Pryzmo accurately. However, features described in marketing materials may be in development, depend on configuration, or change before commercial release. App screens, dashboards, illustrations and demonstrations may be conceptual rather than images of live production functionality. Unless expressly committed in a signed customer agreement, website descriptions are not warranties of availability, dates, performance, integrations, data residency, pricing or results. Do not rely on this website as professional legal, accounting, security or financial advice.
5. Contact and Demo Requests
Submitting a request does not obligate either party to enter a commercial agreement. Provide accurate contact details, share only information you are authorised to provide, and do not include passwords, government identifiers, financial account information, or sensitive resident records. We may use the information to respond to your request in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Unrelated promotional communications, if introduced, should be covered by separate permissions when required.
6. Intellectual Property and Competitive Misuse
The original Pryzmo name, logos, written materials, interface designs, illustrations, source code, documentation and other protectable content belong to the applicable rights holders, including the website operator, or are used under licence. Accessing the website gives you a limited permission to view it for legitimate evaluation, not a licence to commercially reproduce protected materials. Except as permitted by law or authorised in writing, you must not: These restrictions do not prohibit lawful competition, independently developed ideas, permitted research, or statutory exceptions. Publicly disclosed general concepts are not automatically protected as exclusive property. We reserve legally available remedies for infringements and misuse. • copy, substantially reproduce, redistribute, resell or adapt protected website content or interface artwork for a competing commercial offering; • scrape or systematically extract protected content in breach of applicable law, these Terms or reasonable technical restrictions; • impersonate Pryzmo or use its branding in a misleading way; • access private systems or nonpublic code, or attempt to reverse engineer software to obtain restricted technical information, except where the law expressly allows this; • obtain, disclose or exploit trade secrets or confidential materials through unauthorised means or in breach of a valid confidentiality obligation.
7. Confidential Demonstrations and Evaluation Material
Public-facing demonstration material may be shared for evaluation. If Pryzmo provides a visitor with access to nonpublic material clearly identified as confidential, the visitor must not intentionally disclose it, publish recordings, circulate access credentials or use it outside the permitted evaluation purpose without authorisation, to the extent an enforceable confidentiality obligation arises. Public information, independently developed information and material lawfully obtained without confidentiality obligations are not confidential under this clause. Sensitive technical demonstrations or partner evaluations should be governed by a separate written NDA or evaluation agreement; this website clause is not a substitute for one.
8. Feedback and Suggestions
If you voluntarily submit a suggestion, idea or feature recommendation that is not confidential and is not governed by a separate written agreement, you grant the website operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to consider, develop, adapt and use that feedback in connection with its products and services. You retain ownership of any rights you already hold. You represent that you have the authority to provide the feedback. We are not required to implement or compensate you for such feedback unless agreed in writing. Do not submit third-party confidential information or proprietary material you are not authorised to license. This provision does not override an NDA or claim ownership of ideas that the law leaves free for others to use.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The website uses third-party infrastructure, including hosting, communications and form processing. Third-party websites have their own policies. We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of unaffiliated websites merely because we link to them. This clause does not remove any responsibility imposed on the website operator by applicable law for its own activities or service-provider arrangements.
10. Legal Operator
Pryzmo is the customer-facing brand of Supra International Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Georgia, United States (“Operator”). References to “Pryzmo,” “we,” “us” and “our” in these Terms mean Supra International Inc. in its role as operator of the public website. We intend to serve Indian residential communities and recognise that applicable Indian laws and non-waivable legal protections may apply regardless of the Operator's location.
11. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide useful website information, but cannot guarantee that the public website will operate uninterrupted, remain error-free or be available at every moment. We may suspend or modify access for maintenance, security, legal compliance or operational reasons. Material changes to actual paid services, if any, will be governed by the applicable customer agreement.
12. Website Warranties and Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public informational website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for commitments expressly undertaken in a signed agreement and obligations that cannot legally be excluded, the Operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing here diminishes statutory consumer rights or mandatory obligations.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages relating to the public website, including lost profit, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill. Their aggregate liability for claims arising from the public website will not exceed the greater of US $200 and the amount actually paid by the claimant specifically for the affected website service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This is a proposed cap for the free marketing website only, not a cap for future paid platform services. These limitations apply only where legally enforceable and do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability that applicable law makes non-excludable. No contractual provision limits a regulator's lawful powers or removes obligations owed under applicable law.
14. Indemnity for Business Users and Organisations
To the extent allowed by law, visitors acting for a business or organisation agree to defend and indemnify the Operator and its personnel from third-party claims and reasonable associated costs directly arising from their unlawful website use, material breach of these Terms, unauthorised submission of another person's protected material, or fraudulent representation of authority. This obligation applies only to the extent attributable to that party's conduct, and does not require reimbursement of liability for the Operator's own unlawful actions or penalties that applicable law prohibits shifting. This business-user indemnity does not apply to visitors solely in their personal capacity.
15. Regulatory Duties and Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in these Terms prevents a person from making a lawful complaint to a regulator, exercising statutory data-protection or consumer rights, or seeking a remedy that applicable law makes non-waivable. Contract terms cannot guarantee immunity from legal claims, regulatory fines, privacy obligations or responsibility for the Operator's own misconduct.
16. Privacy
Personal information submitted to the website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. A privacy notice explains our practices; it does not require you to waive statutory privacy protections.
17. Suspension and Enforcement
If we reasonably believe a visitor has engaged in misuse, we may restrict access, preserve relevant evidence where lawfully permitted, send notices, and pursue lawful remedies. Any such measures will be proportionate and consistent with applicable law.
18. Disputes and Governing Law

The parties are encouraged to attempt good-faith informal resolution for 30 days, unless urgent relief or statutory deadlines require earlier action. Subject to non-waivable applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Georgia may hear claims under these Terms, without denying a claimant access to any forum or remedy that mandatory law preserves, including applicable rights in India. This section does not impose exclusive overseas jurisdiction on a person whose mandatory legal rights require otherwise.
19. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, law or operations. We will show the updated effective date and provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively eliminate accrued statutory rights.
20. General Provisions
If a clause is invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remains effective to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it. These Terms do not create a partnership, agency or employment relationship. Nothing grants a visitor authority to bind the Operator.
